When you collect either of the last two gems it adds to the wrong group. For example, if you collect a purple crystal, you get a rainbow one, and vice versa.

I think, since logically level 4 is physically impossible, its just a matter if bashing at the levers until after a certain amount of time the guy crushes himself.

All the other levels can be accomplished by holding down space.

When I hold a key for more than a second, after I let go, it takes about a minute to stop. This makes playing next to impossible.

Why is this?
